Introduction

Jaehn's Autobody ensures properly repaired and restored vehicles to Alberta drivers. It is a provincially certified autobody facility and a member to the Automotive Repair and Service Association, C-Car, and The Motor Dealers' Association. Jaehns endorses the ASRA/C-CAR/MDA Minimum Standards and Code of Ethics.

The company exercises Quality Control throughout its operation to provide a first rate finished product. Tools, equipment and workmanship which meet or exceed federal, provincial and local legislation are used to achieve this goal.

Autobody repair is multi-disciplinary in nature. The various aspects of repair and restoration require skilled work for which only Alberta licensed auto body technicians and indentured apprentices are employed. A high level of commitment is required from all employees.

A definitive procedure is followed from the time a damaged vehicle arrives at the shop until repairs are completed. Customer relations are an important part of the process, especially during reception, the estimate, delivery and follow up.

Customer Relations

Jaehn's is a smoke-free environment for customer's comfort, and requires its employees to be clean and tidy at all times. The company keeps a clean and orderly parking lot, building entrance, reception area, estimators' desks and operational storage areas.
